I am 5'4 inches and weigh between 135-141 lbs. According to my Body Mass Index, I am literally 1.7-.9 lbs away from being considered "overweight." According to my Body Fat I am 5lbs of body fat away from being an athlete and according to Lulu Lemon I am a size Medium. According to me, "I am NOT perfect, YET."

Positive Affirmations about my least favorite body part, THIGHS
I stood naked and looked at my thighs and repeated how strong and powerful they are. Later I told my friend about how grateful I am to have my thighs because of all the cool things I can do with them; box jumps, dead lift, squat, run, jump rope, KB swings, etc. I felt kind of silly telling him about how awesome my legs are and I realized it was because I do not actually compliment my body very often. Hey LEGS, you're AMAZING, thanks for taking me everywhere and never saying, "now is not a good time."

Took my power back. Holding my friends and family high, allows me to HOLD MYSELF high.
Day 4: March 19, 2014
I wrote myself a love poem.
