What type of yoga class?

The yoga classes would be considered a flow yoga class or Vinyasa. The first half of class will consist of a flow to warm up the body and muscles. The second half focuses on long and deep stretches to improve flexibility.

Why Yoga classes?

We love yoga. Flexibility and mobility training are important pieces of our personal training program. Yoga is the perfect complement to our HIIT classes as well as personal training program, providing flexibility training as well as mind-body connection.

Can anyone take Yoga?

Yes, the classes are all levels. If this is your first yoga class or you have any injuries/vulnerabilities please tell the trainer before class begins. The trainer will be able to provide extra support during class.
